Fitness Center - Open 24/7

Serving the Mosinee area for over 20 years, Elite Health Club is a clean, safe, and friendly facility focused on helping our members reach their fitness and lifestyle goals.

Our fitness center offers a full range of cardiovascular and strength training equipment including Nautilus® selectorized machines, free-weights, top-of-the-line Woodway® treadmills, elliptical machines, stair-stepping machines, and stationary bicycles. We also have locker rooms, showers, tanning beds, and sauna available for members.

The semi-private fitness center offers individual Personal Training programs designed to meet your specific health and wellness goals.  Personal Training provides you with motivation and guidance to exercise consistently and correctly, an effective exercise program based on your personal goals and fitness assessments, and positive feedback on your performance and progress.

Fitness Training programs are available for ages 18-senior citizen.  Yoga & Martial Arts classes are also available.  Contact us for a complete listing of all classes currently scheduled.
